The responsibility of the village police

 

In the second part of the local government (Union Parishad) Ordinance 1 of 1983, the village police (dafdarsar and mohalladah), the power and the name of the lord mentioned below are as follows


· A village police para and patrol the union on day and night.
· Search and suppress all the matters related to the crime and assist the police in arresting criminals.
· Support the chairman and union parishad to perform government duties.
If you do not have any other instructions, inform the officer-in-charge of the concerned thana about every situation within 15 days.
· Look at the activities of the people of the bad character of the union and occasionally inform the officer-in-charge of the police station. He also informed the officer-in-charge of the police station about the presence of any suspicious person coming from the nearby area.
· The person who is hiding in the union, reports the person who has no income to live or who can not give satisfactory answer to his own identity, to the officer-in-charge of the police station.
· In charge of the police station about all the issues which can cause conflict, violation or aggression, and can disturb the peace of the people.


If any of the following crimes occur in the union or if there is any information about the possibility of the occurrence, then they will immediately inform the Officer-in-Charge of the police station. For example,


1. Danga-Hangaama,
2. Secretly conceal information about the removal of dead bodies,
3. Putting a child out of the house and pushing him into death,
4. Damage caused by fire,
5. To harm or damage the livestock in poisoning,
6. Attempts to commit murder or suicide, and attempt to commit offense or crimes mentioned above.


1. There is reasonable reason to believe that any person involved in the amalgamation of crime or who has been sued properly or has received credible information or involved in any criminal activity.
2. If a person finds house breaker equipment without valid reason.
3. If any person is declared a criminal under any order of the government or under the Criminal Procedure Code of 1898 (Act 5 of 1898).
4. Any person whose right is to have all the goods or goods which are the reason for the suspicion of being a thief, or if he is properly suspected that he is involved in any crime occurring in this property.
5. If any person is fleeing or trying to flee from legitimate custody or supervision.
6. If any person binds a government employee to perform his official duties.

8. Any criminal convicted in violation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of 1898 (Section 565 of 5 of 1898) (3).


· Make every effort to mediate the offense described in the aforesaid paragraph or to stop or terminate any offense acceptable in court.
Recognize the birth and death of the Registrar and inform the Union Parishad on the birth and death.
· If any pestilence or infectious disease or insect attack occurs in a large number of people or animals or crops, then inform the union council as well.
· If any damage or damage to the dam or irrigation arises, then inform the union parishad immediately.
· Provide any local information for public purposes.

If you know or know about the intention or occurrence of an offense under the ordinance, then inform the union council.

· Issuing a warrant on a residence or property of a resident of the Union Parishad.
Gram Police may arrest the magistrate's order and warrant or arrest warrant without any warranty in the following cases:
• When a person is legally arrested by a person, he helps them and informs the acting officer of the thana about such arrest without delay.
· If a person is arrested by a government servant or any ordinary person who is temporarily in force, he takes charge of him, and he will immediately present the person or person who has taken the responsibility or the person or persons arrested himself to the officer-in-charge of the police station. . Provided that if a person or a person is arrested in the darkness of the night, he or he may be kept under legal supervision in the village. But in the morning the next morning they have to appear in the police station.
· In various times, according to the law, he has been entrusted with duty. In addition to the above activities, the rural police plays an important role as a member of various religious, social and cultural institutions of the area.
· In the case of abnormal death or murder, the body is kept and the body remains with the body till reaching the police station.
