Land development tax and various fees

 Land development
 Land development tax or rent rate of agricultural land: The current rate of land development tax or the rate of rent in Bangladesh: (Memorandum of Understanding No./Shaw-3 / Taxes / 100 / 92-106 (1000) Date 16/2/1402 According to Bangla 30 / According to the amendment passed on 5/1995 E): In case of agricultural land:
The land development tax (rent) has been waived up to 25 bighas.
For more than 25 bighas 10 acres of land, every percentage is 50 paisa for the land.
If the rate of 10 acres is increased, then the rent will be charged @ 1 per cent for every per cent of the land.
